Get an oil filter that actually works. I've researched Mann filters and I'm satisfied with the construction. But Purolator PureONE, Wix, Motorcraft, K&N or Bosch are all oil filters that will also actually work. Just stay away from Fram and STP.

I personally use Bosch filters with full synthetic Mobil1, I haven't had a problem yet! But if you're trying to keep everything Ford sourced I can't really help there.
