Rough idle and no power at low throttle.
Hey guys, i'll make this quick. Took the Ranger through about 3 feet of mud on Sunday. Both times I went through it I was in and out within 30 seconds. Truck was never submerged, and I rode on the edge of the mud for better traction. After I got done, the truck started idling crappy at stops, and has low power upon acceleration from dead stops. The truck just kinda hesitates, but then kicks in. But once it kicks in, the truck runs awesome, has plenty of power to pass, etc. It runs great when it's cold, but after it warms up, it starts getting pissy. Usually takes about 10 minutes before it starts to act up. Checked the IAC and MAF, they're clean as can be. Checked the air box, and it is clean as a whistle, as well as the air filter. Gonna go out and blow all the dried mud off of the plugs, and then pull them out and check them for signs of foul. Gonna also go tap on the exhaust to see if anything is clogged in there. Probably clean the harnesses for the 02 sensors as well. Anybody got any other ideas? They're greatly appreciated.
