Default Correct Spark Plugs For 2000 Ranger 3.0

I recently purchased a 2000 For Ranger Supercab XLT 3.0 Liter (flex fuel). My understanding is that the specified plugs are the Motorcraft AGSF22PP's. However, when I went to the dealer today, they said the PPs are no longer made and gave me AGSF22FM'a. I know the PP stands for "double platinum" and FM stands for "Finewire". Can anyone comment if the AGSF22PP's have been discontinued and superceded by the AGSF22FM's?

Part number AGSF22PP was superseded by part number AGSF22FM.
