I think so. Inside looks like a small softseated valve and stem. Was crusted a bit and didn't want to ruin anything by scraping.

you can use Q tips to get that stuff out man. Let the CRC soak on it, then wipe em out. Took me a good 30 minutes to clean it right.

I don't know how many miles you have but if it hasn't been done before, it is likely time for a fuel filter. A bottle of Techron couldn't hurt either for the injectors. Air filter, MAF, and intake component cleaning is always helpful. Plugs should be motorcraft or autolite branded only.

MPG is mostly in how you drive.
