Default 3.0 no fuel no spark turns over

Ive got a 1993 Ford Ranger SWB 2 St Cab with 3.0v6 auto. I recently got in a little fender bender, and it popped the fuel shut off switch. I pressed the button back down, but now I have no spark, and as far as I can tell no fuel pressure. Can someone advise me what to do? I replaced the fuel pump relay. I am not sure where to start. The vehicle ran after the accident while waiting for the police for a minute or two but i shut it off and it never started again. I pulled a plug and it looked bone dry after cranking, so I dont think its squirting fuel. We took an ohm/continuity tester and every fuse under hood and under dash is good.

I'm having a similiar problem. Spark isn't getting to my distributor. On your fuel relay are you able to take it apart and inspect the inside? If so, make sure that the switch is closing the circuit. If the fuel relay was damage it could be that the ball in the relay is keeping the circuit open.
