not to be a dick n call you out but a compression test isn't necessarily going to prove a blown head gasket.. could be a bad sleeve or maybe bad piston ring?

I'm struggling with the same issue on my 03 4.0L sohc i took it to the shop had them put the system under pressure and there was no loss of pressure but i have oil in my coolant and am leaking fluid down the side of my motor. i also just recently started noticing 2 more issues that seem to follow the same trend, small bubbles in my coolant when its running and my oil level is rising. these are sure signs of blown head gasket or cracked/warped heads right? i just want to be sure before i tear the entire thing apart and fix the wrong thing

How about trying a leak down test?

the way it sounds like just like happen to my dad on his bronco v-6. it was overheating a little and put new bigger 3 core radiator and still have the problem and we thought had a blown head gasket and it wasn't it turn out a crack between the two value on the head on driver side. You might have a crack head instead of blown head gasket. I bet its that #6 is bad cylinder or bad crack head on #6. best way to know is pull that head off and check it out. Hopes this helps

New developments...

The truck will not start twice in a row. It starts cold, then will not start again unless I let it sit for a few hours. There is fuel and water (coolant) in the oil, which produces a frothy white mixture that smells like gas. It starts up perfectly when I first crank it, but will not start again once it's warm.

I was getting a misfire code on cyl 6 and pulled the plug wire, which was bent, so I replaced all of the wires but still have the same problem.

Somewhere the gas is mixing with the oil and coolant and either clogging it up or preventing it from cycling. I doubt it's an injector issue. Seems more like it could only be a bad gasket somewhere.

At this point I'm not sure if the truck's worth keeping, but without it starting I won't be able to ask for much at all.

EDIT: I'm guessing the gas in the oil is coming from the engine turning over, and the injectors spraying, which eventually drips down into the oil since it isn't igniting? Still doesn't explain why it won't start twice in a row...
