Have you reviewed the instructions from a repair manual? It'll give you a rough idea of how will go for you. No it won't. It'll make it look cut and dry and then the first bolt you round off will have your truck layed up for half a day longer than you planned and you'll be out there at midnight after 3 trips to autozone and breaking three piece of shit bolt extractors and ready to throw a ratchet through your windshield. But I just wanted to make the effort.

Yup I got fucked over I know. If my dad was here, I wouldn't had to pay that much. But this Saturday, my sister and I are heading down there to give them some hell. Going to tell them to double check everything while I watch. And then, they will fix it with no charge or I sue, straight up.

Check up 3/25/11

Okay, so went outside today to start the engine and then listen closely. Um, no squeaking sound. So how in the hell are they telling me that it's the cam sync when they haven't even looked at it. They told me that over the phone, wtf?! So tomorrow, I'm going with my sister to try and sort things out with them. I'll tell them if they don't fix my oil leak like they were supposed too, I'm going to sue. And I have 5 lawyers so they better watch out

Pics suck, but i'd be willing to bet that rear oil pan gasket didn't seat right. Doing oil pan gaskets while the engine is still in the truck is a fucking bitch in itself, and is easy as hell to fuck up. There is no way in sam hell that much oil can make it from the Cam Sync down to the transmission bell housing and be that clean.

How many miles are on your truck Jordan?

147 something. I'm pretty sure it didn't sit in right especially when it got done and I use this truck as a daily truck and drive it every single day minus Sunday (sometimes).

I see. I was wondering why the hell it needed an oil pan gasket for the year. Still fishy IMO.

I know right. But I'm going there tomorrow and tell them to fix the problem that they have yet to fix or I'm suing. I paid for an oil leak fix for 1600 plus dollars and there is still an oil leak; why should pay again for it to be fix yet again?
