Default Any modifications needed?

Just wondering if any one recommends modifying my truck in any way to make it run better. I'm looking at adding a throttle body space 60mm but not sure about any other mods. If you know any mods that gives better throttle response , gas mileage or just make driving better i would like to know thanks. ( I'm only getting 400km on a tank but i do drive in stop and go areas.)

One thing I did was to do the throttle cable mod, which takes up the slack in the throttle cable which in turn gives slightly better throttle response, another thing i would do if you are looking for better gas mileage honestly is to keep up with your maintenance and just keep your foot out of the floor...

dont waste your money on a TB spacer, they do nothing but make your wallet lighter. take the money you will save by not buying a spacer and put it towards a tuner, you will see actual gains from that.
