Default rough idle

My truck runs rough at idle and has since the day I bought it I did a full tuneup on it and nothing still dose it what els can I look for/what can be the cause ??

Try that, cleaning the MAF sensor and give the fuel system a good scrubbing with either some sea foam or Techron fuel system cleaner. Which ever you use, pour it in before filling the tank and run the tank damn near dry to get the maximum cleaning effect. It will take a full bottle of Techron or 1/3 a bottle of sea foam.

Ya I would try cleaning the IAC and MAF and also running some seafoam through it.

f you did not clean the IACV, TB, MAF, PCV, EGR, change fuel filter,add Techron or similiar to tank, etc and disconnect the neg batter terminal for a bit.....then you did not do a "full tuneup"
