Default The Engine Shakes straight from the factory

I know this is not a real issue but i bought a 2008 ford ranger 3L with a standard transmission. The first day i bought the truck i brought it back to the dealership telling him that the engine looks like it is missing because it shakes so much while idling. Well 50k miles down the road the truck still shakes the shifter like its miss firing on one cylinder. The engine also shakes when i get around the 3k and up rpm range and then smooths at 3.5krpm. I guess its nice to have the shifter shake at 3krpm so you know to shift but a engine shouldn't really have this problem. When i get in the truck in the morning you can feel the 3 liter turd shake the entire truck. is this a factory balancing issue for this year or are the 3 liter turds just built like this. don't get me wrong i love fords but this issue is silly and would like some insight into what i am feeling a lot of the time. If i was ford i would be embarrassed to build something that shakes the entire truck right out the factory.

Mine's got enough of a shake to vibrate the driver's side mirror. So does my uncle's 3.0. That's 4 3.0's right there with the same deal. Could be the way they are. I've been told that it's rare for a 3.0 to be "quiet". I honestly would rather have my truck make a little movement and noise then for it to be completely quiet. I'd always think it stalled on me.

x5 3.0's mine shakes at idle too. It has done it ever since i bought it with 50k miles on it. Replaced the plugs, and it still does it.

X8 My 2008 ranger 3.0 can get shaking pretty good at times, but then again so can my 2008 3.6 Direct injection Cadillac cts.

I think it has to do with the direct injection, they build them very similarly to diesels and diesils shake like the dickens.
