Exclamation Coolant help plzzz

can you use PRESTONE antifreeze coolant on a 1999 ford ranger ... looked up some info says to use PROPYLENE GLYCOL coolant.. but not sure...

Prestone should be safe for all vehicles and as far as I know Prestone is made with propylene glycol

Prestone is a brand. Propylene Glycol is a chemical compound used in many many brands of coolant. But I'm pretty sure all of Prestone's various products are safe for all engines.
