Default Tach question

Hey guys.. i have a question about putting a tach in my ranger. I already found one for 50 bucks and was just wondering if its a plug and play in my truck as i dont have one in there right now. I have the 3.0L Flex fuel.

if you are talking about replacing the gauge cluster, yes it will be plug and play "provided", the new cluster is from the same generation ranger or sport trac.
