Default squeaky truck?

I have a squeaky noise in the truck, I have oiled most parts changed all ball joints, and it keeps squeaking. Any suggestions??

lolz man try checking frame body mounts especially everything on the rear bed, didn't check to see what year you have but seems some rangers have frame, body hangers that can sqeak and moan mine does in extreme temp, change. if it's mechanical, keep looking you'll get it.

Its a truck. If you want a smooth sqeak free ride buy a boat. :/ J/k My shit has done that forever and it still gets me to work.

Try A arm bushings, ball joints (which I see you already have, make sure you replace them ALL, upper and lower) just go through the front end and change bushings, grease ball joints if they have a grease fitting, etc. You'll find it.

I finally found mine after two months and it ended up being a ball joint.
