Default Spark Plug Help

I need help replacing my spark plugs. Like which ones go where, what kind to get. How to do it. And any troubleshootig tips. I'm about to seafoam my engine and I don't know know if it has ever been cleaned before and whatnot. So I'm pretty sure that the plugs are gonna foul. So when they do I'm gonna need to know how to replace them and whatnot.

When changing spark plus do one at a time that way you don't mix the wires up

There are no real techniques in changing them be sure to gap them appropriately 0.042 to 0.046 inch

Slightly better and they are actually cheaper than some platinum's

I have them in my truck now

I never really noticed a difference right away with them but they have lasted longer.

Hmm, hopefully you have a different truck than mine as mine has an A/C component blocking two of my plugs. But all in all don't get discouraged masking tape and a sharpie go a long way. As for plugs there are alot of choices, you can go with the stock plugs, or you can go with the multi point plugs avail. today I went with the Bosch +4's. ( I am upgrading for MPG/ performance) You wont need to gap the plugs just tell the parts guy your vehicle info and he'll make sure you have the right ones. I believe STL is letting you know to pick up a gap guage(half dollar sized disc with a gradient edge) to verify the plugs are gapped correctly, as sometimes they get dropped in box and can be bent to incorrect specs causing issues. other than that it is prettymuch pull and replace. G/L
P.S. If you really need it I can snap a shot of my wires on the coil for you if you have a 4.0 motor. I have JBA wires and they come with really nice labeled collars.

Just realized your truck info is in your avitar info. So hopefully your plugs are easier to get to, and I don't know if yours has the same coil pack setup.

Basically the amount of spark they generate.
As a commercial would say: I use BOSCH PREMIUM CLASS PLATINUM IR FUSION SPARK PLUG -- Iridium platinum in my 02 Ranger 4.0 and BOSCH PREMIUM CLASS PLATINUM+4 SPARK PLUG -- Platinum plug in my 86 B II 2.9.
At $5 or more per plug they are kinda pricey, but will last a 100,000 miles without a problem.
Buy whatever brand you like, just make sure they are a platinum plug.
