First jack the truck up and place stands underneath it.
Remove both passenger and driver side tires
Find your coil pack on the driver side
There will be numbers marked on the coil pack 1-6 like so
4 5 6 are the front ones and 3 2 1 are on the back

Now u need to get in the tire area on the driver side and remove the boot from the very first plug closets to the front of the truck
Remove the boot and go to the coil pack and pull up on the wire you just disconnected.
Remove the wire from the coil pack and get your replacement wire.
Connect your new wire and drop it down keeping it away from moving parts and the exhaust
Now remove your spark plug.
Once the old one is out get your new and get ready to gap it if they are plugs that require gaping. If your not sure ask the place you buy them from
How to gap a plug
Once you gap it apply some anti seize to the threads of the plug
Then insert the plug in the hole do not over tighten the plug run it down nice and snug
