I have searched for headers on here and seem to only find info on headers for use with the 4.0 I have the 3.0 vulcan v6

it was one of the first more serious mods i was thinking baout besides new plugs, wires, coil msd box and underdrie pulleys. im more old school and know that manifold versus headers, the headers definantly improve engine performane.

ive searched summit and jegs, and im not keen on going into a mom and pop speed shop trying to find advice on a part. i know i want headerd and possibly y pipe that back to flowmaster 44's definantly back to that mufler but curious would i see useful gaines with he y pipe. either way before i go through a complete exhaust exchange i would like to start at the headers and work my way back. its on a 94 xlt 4x2. any pointers on headers. i do plan on ceramic coated headers and will probably wrap them to reduce heat exchange.
