Whats everyones opinion on K&N Cold Air Intakes for a 2001 3.0L Ranger?
Found this one on eBay for $289.98 Shipped...
Worth it or no? I think it would look schweeeet under the hood and increase performance... but... is it enough of an increase to throw $300.00 at a filter and pipe basically?
buy a $50 drop in k&n, unless you want the looks, both have little to none performance increase, technically it not a cold air intake unless its outside the engine bay

Thats true, also got to looking at a post by STL on taking the snorkel out of the factory air box, I think I'll do that and a drop in K&N and be good to go. Thanks for the help.
I apologize for not looking through the forum hard enough to find the answer I was looking for...
