Default 2004 3.0 V6 missifre 3,5,6

From doing a lot of reading i know this is a common problem and my question is going to be redundant but here it goes. Yup you guessed it another missifre on multiple CYL periodically. Now before everyone pulls out there hair I've come prepared. plugs and wires were replaces about 5k miles ago (current milage is 177,066, this is a work truck). Error codes read as is P0306, P0300(random/multiple cylinder missfire) , P0303, P0305, P0316(missifre 1st 1000 revs). Now I have noticed this happens almost everytime my truck is sitting at a slight incline with the front of the truck more elevated than the rear. Not sure if thats a factor but hey you never know and the devil is in the details. Later today or this week im going to check the coil pack for spark, ohms, volts, ect and pull my plugs that were just replaced as well to check for spark there. I feel like im very close to figuring out the problem but im just missing some information i feel others may have. Thank you

ok so im told that you can check for a bad coil pack by checkin the ohms, but what is the proper reading i should have? there are 4 pin connectors, does anyone have any idea how to test this way?

update*

tested coil pack, and reads fine on the meter. Doesn't mean its in the clear i also check for spark production and cross sparking on the coil pack and everything checked out good. Sea Foamed the truck twice today (this morning about 7am & 10pm tonight) as I am now going after the injectors. Tomorrow morning im going to check the mass airflow sensor and my vacuum lines. If everything is seems ok my last point of attack will be the injectors and fuel pump/lines ect. Anyone who thinks im going about this wrong please feel free to leave me a comment or something.

I have an '03 ranger with the 3.0 vulcan in it. I have the same problem. In the vulcan it is the heads. The exhaust valve seat reced into the head and you get horrible compression. I haven't replaced my heads yet cause I don't have the money. I have four friends that have had the same problem as well and one has the 4.0l in his truck. They all had to replace the heads. Here is a link to another forum where someone else had to do the samething. http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/50...fire-code.html
