Default power steering pump removal

So, I have a horrible squeeling belt! I've replaced the idler pully, tensioner pully, and belt. I'm eliminating the possibilities and all the pullies I have left to replace is the power steering pully, water pump pully (or water pump), alternator pully, and the harmonic balancer. I'm trying to get the power steering pump pully off and I have the special tool available. I've tried to remove it with the special tool and it didn't even budge. There's an allen head screw in the center of the shaft. Does it need to come off or no? I've tried to take it out and it didn't budge either. What do I need to do to remove this dern thing? My truck has over 100,000 miles, so obviously it's gonna be hard regardless.

Need a power steering pump pulley remover and installer kit. Hard to describe how to use it in words, but I am sure the instructions will have pictures. Have you tried to take off the serp belt and make sure that is the problem? CPS syncro failure is usually described as a belt squeal type sound - just thought I would throw that out there.

Well, the sound goes away when I spray wd 40 or liquid wrench on it. I have a power steering pulpy pulled. I had no clue what that tool was until one of my buddies told me about it. I was about to use a 3 arm pulled and hope for the best. HAHA! Thank goodness he told me. So, I don't think it's the cps. But thanks! I'll try the puller again.
