Default Running rough when I put on the brakes

I recently started having problems with the engine running rough when I put on the brakes. It does not happen all the time but about 60 percent of the time. When I run over the speed bumps it runs ok but only when braking. I have about 80,000 miles.

Does it run rough at a stop, or is it only when you press the brakes?

im thinking the brake booster line off the top of my head... there is a chech valve in that line that allows it to enter but not leave... if that valve is busted or the hose has cracked the vacuum for the engine will be extremely low and will definately make your engine run rough cause the engine isn't getting the proper vacuum pressure when at idle

As the others said, check the brake booster line.
