Default What does this DTC mean??

Hey guys, I have been getting my 'check engine' light turning on lately. I have a DTC reader and re-setter, so I have been re-setting it. But I have been getting the same message over and over. It reads:

P0305 Falt CY F
MSFR Det CY5

I am assuming I am getting a misfire in cylinder 5. If I have about 82,000 miles, should I try replacing my wires first to see if it stops?? Thanks.

What if it just looks like a spark plug?? Just kidding. What would I be looking for if I pull it out? Anything other than regular wear and tear? I just replaced 'em about 10,000 miles ago.
