Default 3.0 L Valve Issues

I did allot of research on this forum and others and have yet to find anyone that complains of valve seats failing. Granted that not many drive the miles we do but, the exhaust valves loosen and get driven down into the head causing compression issues. I replaced the heads on my son's truck 40k miles ago and guess what... 25psi compression in number 2,4 and 6 cylinder. Pull the heads... yup.

2 sets of heads. Yep I'm loving this !

I have 25 psi in cylinder 5. 100 in cylinder 4 and in 6. Would this be a head issue or do I need to do more testing to determine the problem.
