Default Oil Pan Replacement, Please HELP!!!

Ok so I have a Mazada B3000 (which Im told has the same exact engine as a Ranger) I recently hit a large object and punctured the oil pan. I have gotten to the point of removing all the bolts and getting the pan to were I can wiggle it around quite a bit, but the end near the transmission wont drop to where i can pull it out. The front drops down about 6-7 inches without a problem. How do I get the other end out so i can put the new one in? And pulling the engine and tranny is NOT an option for me. I need to be able to fix this A.S.A.P.!

BTW: V6 3.0 litre automatic 2wd

just loosen the engine mounts and life it up from the crank pulley, but dont let it stay suspended on that for long. i would raise it to remove the pan, let it back down while you are prepping the sealing surfaces, then when you are ready for installation raise engine back up
