I had changed my engine to another 3.0l cause i blew the first one. Every since i change the engine it has misfired. I put new plugs and wires in it and used the old coil pack from the first engine. I have changed the fuel filter. I have pulled codes from it using a snap-on scan tool but forget what they are. Dont really know how to understand them either. Can anyone help. I'll post the codes once i find them.

the code was for the misfire and the O2 sensor.

What were the code numbers? There are multiple codes for those problems.
