Clunking? Vibration? Help

Hey guys. Today as I was coming home from work, well before coming home I stopped at Autozone to pick up some throttle body cleaner. When I made a left turn to go in the parking lot, I heard what sounded like a thump at my front end of the truck. Did not hit anything on the road and checked to make sure nothing underneath is hitting anything. Now, as soon as I pull into my neighborhood road, I'm starting to here what sounds like clunking sound coming from the front of the truck. Also I can feel a type of vibration on the gas pedal. All this is going on at the speed of 15MPH or less. I do not know what it is or where it can be coming from. I really need some help on this because right now, I'm afraid to drive the truck and that has never happened to me before. So any help regarding this would be grateful. Thank you

Another thing: I put in some sea foam to clean all the deposit and stuff through the vacuum boost line. Just to put that in there.

It could be all the LED's underneath

Now that right there is bull! All of my LEDs and underglow are secured tightly. I know for sure it's coming from the front of the vehicle I just can't find out what it is. And I don't want to take it to the shop just yet I want to see if someone know what could be the problem.

Lug nuts on my wheels? Well maybe that could be the problem due to the fact I took them off before and put them back on myself and my dad and I do not have a torque wrench so we tighten it back up using one of those tools that looks like a big plus sign lol I forgot the name. You think it might be that?

Check the lugs and the 20's on there, might be something rubbing on the tires

Update 9/28/2010:

The clunking and vibration is eliminated!

It was a really, really bad wheel bearing on my front right tire. Guy said if I drove it anymore, it would of locked up my tire and cause an accident so I'm glad I got it fixed. They also replaced my worn POS Autolite Spark Plugs with some Bosch plugs and wires and I can finally hit 6000 RPM lol. Before I can only go up to 4500 and that sucked badly. But everything is good and thanks for yall's help on this.
