Question 98 XLT 3.0 Fuel Pressure Damper

Does anyone have or know where to find a fuel pressure damper for a 98 Ranger XLT 3.0? This is 98 3.0 specific and is located on the inlet of the fuel rail. I belive it was Fords way of eliminating a return line to the fuel tank. I have exhausted all searches ranging from dealerships to the internet. I was told the company (Standard Motor Products) has ceased production. Part number (Standard Motor Products FPD22). Looks like a junkyard find but the problem is I have not located any in Minnesota.
