Default wheel bearing hud assembly??? who sells the best?

ok i have a 99 3.0 5 speed 4x4 ranger i just replaced both front hud assemblies about 2 months ago which cost alot!!! $130 for duralast or $260 for a timken i know the timken is the better of the 2 but anyone know of anyother companies that might not cost as much? i have one of each and the duralast just went out! i have seen them on ebay for alot cheaper but i am not much of an ebay guy any suggestions were i might find a cheaper but good hub????? please help!

Rockauto.com

Timken brand is the OEM supplier and IMO the ONLY bearings you should ever run. My Timken's from Rockauto were about $150 a pop and you can get 5% discount codes to use when you order.

You never want to skimp on bearings....you get what you pay for.




Note: your post jumps around from saying hub and saying bearing.... what needs replacing?? 98-99's the hub and bearing are seperate. 00+ are combined hub/bearing assy's. My post only talks of the wheel bearings.



Sidenote: autozone doesn't offer a warranty on their duralast wheel bearings???

ok i know i said hub and wheel bearing when i went to auto zone they had it listed under "wheel bearing hub assembly" i know its wierd. and yes its under warrenty and i am getting my money back for it i just wanted to know were i could get a cheaper timken the only reason i have 1 of each is because thats all they had and i couldnt wait 2 days at the time for the other one to come in but thaks never heard of Rockauto

Search the forums and/or google for the 5% off discount code... gets it even cheaper too.
