Default Clutch kit

I have a 2003 ford ranger edge 3.0 liter I just change the fly wheel, clutch disk, pressure plate, slave cylinder and put it all together then nothing, it wonít go in gear, you can shut off truck and put it into gear and start teuck but before you can let off clutch peddle it wants to go, what is wrong and have I did something wrong?

Did you loose any fluid when you unhooked the clutch line to the slave, have you bled the slave, is the reservore full, and did you replace the pilot bearing, and not damage it when installing the trans, do you have a full feeling clutch stroke, and not spongy?

I have bled the system it has a new pilot bearing, the clutch is lil spongy , it just wonít go into a gear unless you shut off truck and put it into gear then the truck will go even when the clutch is in

Did you make sure the transmission was in neutral when you reinstall the shifter handle?

I bled everything and still I canít put it in gear except 4 th and when you turn off truck you can put it in gear

I'm still learning towards the pilot bearing. Maybe it's not 8n there right or something happen when installing. Honestly, in my opinion, take it apart and start over. Something went wrong during installation.
