Default Washed Engine and now running rough and prob misfire

Hello Today I washed my 2002 ford ranger 3.0l V6 engine, and once I started it up The engine seems to be idling around 800 RPM and is running very rough (probably misfiring but not sure how to test and isnít throwing any codes), let it dry and drove it and was extremely rough so didnít go very far, I tested a bunch of the electrical connectors for water including coils and also removed spark plugs and they all looked fine. Any idea of what could be wrong? Anything helps and thank you.

----------

Went out tonight To check it and now it wonít even start, sounds like itís going to but then just stalls out?

Never use the high pressure wand at the car wash to clean the engine.
