I have a 2000 Ford ranger 3.0 xlt 2wd with 96,000 miles. I want more power any ideas?

5.0 swap.

Other than that I’m not aware of anything that can be done to the 3.0 that would make any noticeable difference.

buy something that isn't a 3.0 ford ranger.
