Default Whizzing/Fluttering sound when accelerating

Whenever I accelerate there is a fluttering/whizzing sound that increases with rpms. It sounds like its coming from the two front vents above the radio. I had my Y-pipe replaced in January and its only been doing it since then? Any ideas? Here’s what it sounds like:

I've got a softer version of the same sound so I'll be interested to see if you can get this figured out.

I remember that sound being much louder before I replaced the EGR tube, so my only suggestion is to check that it isn't in the same condition that mine was in -- cracked in multiple places and leaking exhaust gas like a sieve.

Interesting. I’ll look at it and update you.

Based on that I'd say EGR tube. I'd pressurize the exhaust and see if you're getting leaks anywhere.

And if you're concerned about vaccuum leaks, put your heat on full blast on the mode that's blowing on you and your feet. Then put the engine under load, if it immediately switches to blowing out the windshield defrost vent then you have a vaccuum leak.
