Default Heater Hose T Connection

Hey everyone,

I did a search but really didn't find anything helpful.
2001 3.0 XLT.
Recently replaced radiator and thermostat due to tranny fluid leaking into a broken radiator (not before I replaced the tranny, thinking that was the problem, unfortunately).
Afterward, had the system flushed and filled by a trusted mechanic. It was running fine again.
But last night one of the heater hoses disconnected from the T connection. I put it back on and it popped out again.
I know the hoses come as one unit but I can find a workaround for that if necessary.
Really my question is, why would it pop out in the first place?
It's not a pressure point, right? I mean, if it was, there would be a clamp.
So what would cause it? Any ideas?
Oh and it's the hose that goes from the heater into a spot near the thermostat, not the one from the intake manifold.

Why would you think no pressure, heater hoses hold the same pressure as the cooling system, and the hoses are like pressed over a fitting, so not made well, material gave out over time and temps, might be time to replace both.

It just seems so flimsy I can't imagine it holding up to a lot of pressure.
I get that it's just worn out then, thanks.
Gonna try and find a hose/t-connector set that's not @$200.00
