Default Won't pass inspection

I have 2001 extend cab ranger.. With a 3.0 gasoline motor..I had a new ford reman motor put in the truck.. Here in the county I live in, in NC we have to pass an emissions test.. After driving it over 500 miles to get the ecm to recognize the codes.. It will not pass inspection.. The catalytic Convertor Efficiency, Heated O2 Sensor, and O2 Sensors on the inspection test says they are not ready.. The check engine light comes on when I start the truck and then goes out like it's suppose to.. When connecting a OBDII scanner to check for any codes there is none.. Has anyone ever experience before before.. I'm thinking the ecm is bad.. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I put a brand new engine in my 2010 F-150
I had to drive it about 1000 miles. As every time I turned the truck off it reset all the sensors to not ready,

but how many miles have you driven in it in one run without turning it off? I figured out that to reset everything and all the sensors I had to take it for a 50 mile+ drive without turning the truck off.

One you get home from the ride turn it off then plug your obdii reader in and check your Im readiness, I’m sure you need like 7/8 sensors ready/ok

Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply back Ugxibowden.. I drove it more than 150 miles yesterday, and drove straight to the inspection station.. And it still showed it wasn't ready.. It's getting frustrating

Was that 150 miles in one trip without turning the truck off at all?

And did the inspection mechanic give you any ideas as to what they think is wrong?

Also with my engine It too 1,000 miles until my sensors would read, but all engines are different.

Sorry I couldn’t have been any more help, if I can think of anything I will sure to let you know
