Hey guys, I just recently purchased a 2008 ford ranger 3.0.
Runs good, i've done well rounded tune up, including trans fluid change. I was hoping changing the fluid/filter on the transmission would help my problem. It shifts fine while driving, but when putting it into drive it usually has a 2 second delay and 80% of the time it "hard' shifts into drive. Possible fixs?

What’s the engine speed when you shift? Is the truck completely stopped when you shift? It would help us help you if you could describe the problem better, including any details about it.
