Default Rough Idling/Misfiring Issues

Hey guys!
This is seriously stumping me, probably something inside the engine, but here it goes:
2005 Ford Ranger Edge 2WD 3.0

Randomly getting P0174 (about 3-4 times a week), P0304 (maybe once a week), and P0316 (always occurs along with P0304).

Only real problem is stumbling and missing at idle.

When I get on the gas, it drives smooth as can be, and decently quick, there are no engine performance issues.

Things I have replaced to try and remedy the problem:
- Spark plugs (all 6 with Bosch Double Iridium)
- Spark plug wires (all 6 with Duralast (I know, but needed em))
- Ignition Coil (Motorcraft)
- Oxygen sensors (all 3 with Bosch)
- Fuel filter (Motorcraft)
- Fuel pump (Carter)
- Fuel injectors (Motorcraft)
I have also cleaned the MAF sensor, IAC valve, and throttle body.
I even sealed the seam of my intake tube.
Have checked for leaks and cut hoses, with nothing found or heard.

I am now suspecting burned exhaust valve or something isolated to that cylinder. I just don’t know if that would also cause the Lean condition (P0174)

Any insight as to what may be causing this would be awesome. I am mostly curious if I'm looking at 2 different issues, or one is causing the other, but I would think a lean condition would cause multiple misfires.

Update:

At idle, according to scan tool:
Bank 1 STFT: ~ 7-10%
Bank 1 LTFT: ~ 7-10%
Bank 2 STFT: ~ 0-1%
Bank 2 LTFT: ~ 0-1%

At 2000 rpm, everything levels out to about 3% on both banks.

Not sure if this information is useful, but seems strange to me, like there's a leak in bank 1 at idle, but I'm getting codes for bank 2 when at load. I don't have numbers for load yet.

Probably just gonna take the truck to a shop soon and will update so anyone else having an issue can learn and fix too.

So, for anyone following this thread, I got it to the shop and got my diagnosis and I hope nobody has it happen to them.
Said my compression was low in cylinder 4, so they took a scope into the spark plug hole and found a broken piston ring which had been scoring the cylinder wall.
My options are, at this point, to rebuild the engine again or replace the engine. The engine was already rebuilt 4 years ago, so I may be stuck with the cost of another 3.0.

Just picked up the Ranger.
Went with a reman engine, so obviously no more CELs; we'll see how this $4000 dump goes lol
Maybe I got a lemon engine, but it sucks that only 141,758 miles were put on it, until it got changed. Again, hopefully my engine problems are finally over.
