That might depend on their process. If they didnt magna-flux the block and go through it and they (like most shops due) slapped new head gaskets on it and got you for a set of new heads.. than sadly not likely because they just rebuilt your engine with some new parts.
However, if they went through the entire block with a fine tooth comb because there a real good and reputable shop not just parts-swappers.. then they may want to stand up behind their work/name - reputation
But here is why my opinion is what it is outside of being around the block a few times.
Remanufactured - means they will use original block/crank/rods and sometimes pistons. They will replace all the seals/rings/gaskets in the block, then the heads upwards through to the I/M. Essentially they replace all the working or moving components and gaskets/seals
Rebuild - They generally replace just the broken components and the minimal amount of extra parts/gaskets/ and seals.
remanufactured is far better than rebuilt...
