Is it supposed to be a flexfuel engine? Mine has the flexfuel emblem on it. If so, you technically could. It's not a new truck, has it been run regularly on E85? If not, I would be concerned that it might disolve some crud somewhere that normal gasoline (E10) didn't dlsolve, and the now loose crud could get in trouble. I think E85 doesn't get as good gas mileage either, but not sure. I can't get E85 in my area anyway, but I think I would stick with the normal E10 gasoline.
