So I'm working on replacing a transmission and the rear crossmember bolts were effed so I had to cut the bolts off. I havnt looked much at the crossmember to see if I can just replace the grommets or if I have to buy a whole crossmember. I'm also at work so I can't look at it right now.

So what is your question? Are you wanting to know if you can replace the bushings?

If that's the case I would say yes if you can find the parts, but since you said you found them you answered your own question.
