The reason the torsion bar suspension is all that's listed is it's easy to reinforce the frame and struts. This is required for the coyote swap due to the excess torque and weight; otherwise, you risk damaging your frame permanently.
It's quite an expensive and extensive swap; last I checked the kit for it was $10k+ from Summit. A V8 swap from an explorer is an easier deal, but is also extensive for fitment and wiring/computer surgery. That's not including fuel system upgrades and custom motor mounts.
A 4.0 swap would be relatively easy swap.
