Default 3.0 engine swap

i blew a head gasket a week ago on the freeway my engine leaked all the coolant out a rusty expansion plug and i didnt know about it till it started knocking so tore it down and found cracked and warped heads broken piston so anyway im swapping it with a 5.0 gt-40 cant find anything about swapping it into a 2wd ranger without torsion bar suspension if anybody has some advice on it would be glad to hear it im gonna get it in there no matter what but im not gonna turn down helpful advice

The reason the torsion bar suspension is all that's listed is it's easy to reinforce the frame and struts. This is required for the coyote swap due to the excess torque and weight; otherwise, you risk damaging your frame permanently.

It's quite an expensive and extensive swap; last I checked the kit for it was $10k+ from Summit. A V8 swap from an explorer is an easier deal, but is also extensive for fitment and wiring/computer surgery. That's not including fuel system upgrades and custom motor mounts.

A 4.0 swap would be relatively easy swap.
