Performance Mods 3.0 Vulcan.. Help??

I know almost always custom is the way to go, i have an 00 3.0 witch made on 232whp mustang dyno. Only mods i have are cold air intake, almost full exhaust except headers and a good muffler but 3" from downpipe statight bqack, reflashed 2002 v6 Mustang computer and home ported qnd tricked stuff on the motor. Id appreciate it if somebody could help me by telling me if i could frankenstain some other parts or more homemade cuatom tricks the would be helpful👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💥. Thanx fellow Rangeknights!! Lol

XD hhahaahaha @bigjeffie1967 id prolly bave a thousand plus if ud see my sticker mods hahahah and @logan03CO i know bro, had one a couple years back with a lighting 5.4 supercharged but sold it after i got out of the Army. Mine runs good and i can embarras modern day (new quick cars) almost everyday but a stock 2015 F-150 ecoboost will walk me about 2,3 cars so. Ill post some sh$t pictures and vids and ill update yall.

Honestly I would say 132 with slight compression loss in one cylinder.

If the EcoBoost can walk you 2 to 3 car lengths, then so can a lot of other vehicles
