Default Help

I need help timing my 2000 ranger 3.0 flex fuel the guy I bought the truck from said it needs timing and it has an exaust leak maybe from the exaust manifold so what I was thinking is that if I fix the leak maybe it would time it's self with the sensors and stuff but idk

no, fixing the exhaust leak will not fix the timing. Is there any reason it is suppose to be out of time?

Idk that's what the guy said who I bought it from the engine light is on and it idles rough but runs good
