I have 01 ranger 3.0 and I am on my third cam sensor in 6 months and the chirp continues can anyone give some advice. I recently had changed oil and shortly after that it started all over again, any advice anyone?

Are you changing just the sensor? Or the whole synchronizer? You need the whole synchronizer.
I ordered a motorcraft replacement synchronizer and a new sensor through Orielly and it was a ton cheaper than the dealer.
Good point from Burke- here's what the part should look like in the swap. If this is the cause of the chirp, you will be able to hear the same chirp as you try spinning the thing in your hand.
