Default Messed up firing order, got it right, runs rough now

Been chasing a misfire for a few days. I changed my spark plugs and it seemed to fix the issue! Decided to go ahead and do the wires to protect my new plugs. admittedly I got the firing order backwards but when I finally got it right, its running WORSE than before I did the wires...SO WTF! Is it gonna take a while to be back to normal due to excess fuel from fucking up the firing order or....??

Side note: this could be because of the misfire issue that I may not have fixed even though it looked like I did.
