Default 3.0 ranger bad gas mileage

I have a 1993 ford ranger lifted on 33s and I have getting horrible gas mileage. I'm getting about 100 miles to the tank. What can I do to improve my gas mileage

Change spark plugs and wires. See if that helps

Oversized tires will do that. Especially in town.

I changed the spark plugs and wires about 2 years ago. Is it time to do it again? I heard change o2 sensors and fuel filter

Did you change gearing when you put the 33s on? Plus they are 33s so big tires make the mileage go down

Did you get the speedometer recalibrated? Get under the truck and see what number is on the axle tag, it is on the resr differential cover.
