Default performance upgrades

Does any one know of any 3.0 upgrades other than a new motor or turbo.

make your own intake, might be able to find some headers...Dont know if they even make tuners for them... Nothing I listed is going to give you enough gain to make you happy or really be worth it.

Your best route would be to swap the engine. I suggest you do everything else you want to do to the truck (lift/lower, sound system, bodywork, etc) and then when the engine goes out, swap it....You live in Oklahoma, thats one of the perks...No inspections or emmissions.

Negative. Engine performance questions are engine specific so the engine forums are sufficient.

Under drive pulleys just don't seem to be worth it. I would have to hear from a few people that it doesn't affect your powered components because that to me is important. But It's probably one of the easier mods for more hp right?

If you get all the pulleys you will not see a affect on powered components.

OK. I clicked on the link for wikipedia and it made it sound like you wouldn't have as much power with them on. Honestly I have never even heard of this method and I would have to see it to believe it ya know?
