Default Please help

Have a 98 ranger with a 3.0 in it and I just did a swap as the old motor was bad. the new motor is out of a 2000 and I swapped over all of the good parts off of the old motor like the IAC, plugs, wires, intake, coil pack, alternator, and did an AC delete. New motor is running way to rich. Black smoke is coming out of the exhaust like it is a diesel. Replaced the rear o2 sensor thinking it would help but nothing changed. Codes that came up are p1132 and p1152. I need help with this one, just got 100 miles to a full tank.

Check for a vacuum leak and also check and clean the MAF and MAF sensor.

Those codes are "Lack of upstream heated O2 sensor".

Both engines flex fuel or both non flex fuel ? Check the O2 sensor connections ?

Since both codes are for upstream O2 sensors, I'd make sure they are plugged in and getting current. If so, pull them and see if they are obviously bad, then replace if so.
