Default Help!

Hey guys! I'm new here and I just bought my first Ranger. I'm loving it! But it's a bit down on power... Anything to open it up? It looks like the intake is very very restrictive. Any help is appreciated! Thanks guys!

3.0 is a pretty sluggish motor by nature. Best you can do is really give it a tune up and make sure it's actually running properly. You're not going to get much power out of it, no matter what you do to it.

It has a fresh tune as well as rebuild. What can I expect from a full exhaust, CAI, and a slightly larger throttle body?

About 5HP - with your biggest gain coming from the weight reduction related to a lighter wallet.

It has a cold air intake on it already.
