You seem to have a multitude of problems in your truck, all of which are described in many different threads with minimal details. There's only so much we can do and diagnose on a forum.
What other details can i give? I'm not trying to give the minimal details, I'm just giving what I know

We have to approach each problem individually. Revisit your threads as stateranger said; you have replies and you haven't addressed those problems or tried what we've suggested. You have to approach problems scientifically with steps. Until we know what something did or didn't do we can't help, and we won't operate on conjecture.

The mass air flow sensor code is now gone. It hasn't changed the way the truck works or anything but Atleast the code is gone. But now I have a egr flow insufficient flow.. It just never ends.. Today I cleaned the IAC valve and throttle body, the truck seems more responsive, but it still idles a little high 1000-1100 rpm. Haven't drove it enough to see if there is a improvement in gas mileage

EGR valve could be bad and you might have a vacuum leak or low vacuum pressure.
