Default 3.0 'sputtering' at highway speeds

I've got a slight issue. When going down the highway, under acceleration, my engine tends to sputter. Cruising along is fine, under 55 mph is fine too. Between 55-75 is when it happens, and only when I press the gas. I've already changed the fuel filter, cleaned the MAF, and new wires, plugs and coils were put on the truck 20k miles ago by previous owner (service records show this) and I pulled them to be sure.

Any suggestions as to what could be causing this? I'm going to clean the IAC tomorrow, but wanted to see what people thought on here.

Is it auto or manual? Dirty fluid/filter may be causing it to delay downshifting if its an auto. Which can make it bog down. But the 3.0 gets kinda gutless at those speeds in stock form mine was always pretty sluggish at interstate speeds.

Automatic. I don't believe it's a tranny issue though. When I floor it, it shifts down fine. It seems like more of a skip in the engine. I will definitely check the fluid tomorrow thoigh.

It's definitely not the IAC. The IAC only acts at zero throttle and idle.

Did you check the gap on the spark plugs?

Plugs are gapped correct. Found the problem. Had a vacuum leak. Thanks for the advice guys.
