my 91 ranger when started idles rough until it get warmed up. if i try to give it any gas before its warm it falls on its face and tries to die like its either clogged or is getting flooded unless i let it warm up for about 10 min or so. when its warm its fine and has no problems except it is hesitant for a split second under sudden throttle response. what is the problem? the injectors are clean, new fuel filter, new cap and rotor, new spark plugs that are gapped correctly, almost new air filter and nothing showed up when i ran an OBD1 test. could it be the pump?
